Welcome to motorcyclecentric.com. My name is Colin Macmillan. I have lived in various countries in Europe and the USA, and toured extensively in these regions. I favor the US Southwest, not only because of the breathtaking scenery, the wonderful motorcycling roads and the rich cultural heritage, but because I can ride my motorcycle all year round in beautiful weather. When I lived in Northern Europe, I stored the motorcycle in the garage for most of the Winter longing for the Spring. I formed Motorcycle Centric LLC and developed the tours for those dedicated motorcyclists that are looking for a vacation that blends the experiences of discovery, new places, like minded people, and the right mixture of leisure and excitement while riding (in my opinion) the best sports touring motorcycle on the planet. We use factory standard Honda ST1300s (non ABS) on the tours. They are replaced every two years.
The ST1300s are fitted with alarm systems and communication systems (motorcycle-motorcycle, rider-pillion and music if you bring your own MP3 player).

Motorcycle insurance provided by MBA Insurance based in Scottsdale. The insurance is comprehensive including collision damage waiver, theft and limits the riders’ deductible to $1000. This insurance meets the State minimums for Arizona, Nevada and Utah and is payable directly to MBA Insurance at a rate of $15/day by credit/debit card at orientation. |
